We made up some of our special steelhead, salmon and trout brine and are going to give it away!!
The first six people that respond to this post will recieve a container of our secret brine. This is good for two steelhead depending on the size. Let us know what you think of it on this forum and if people enjoy it we may offer it for sale in our store. Stay tuned for more free giveaways!

I'm going to end this giveaway on Christmas day so if you log on and want some we have three jars left. This way we can get it out to you guys just in time for winter steelhead to show up. Good luck out there!

May be a lil late for those who got some... But how was it??? We found a new recipe for smoke salmon this year... And its absolutely great!!!
