Fishing is starting to pick up, The water level is down and the fish are in. Fished sunday hooked 2 seperate fish and only land 1, 50% not very bad. I felt 2 other fish but I wasn't quick enough on the draw. Probably could of caught more but had to hurry home. The weather was just great. I was drift fishing with a corky and a night crawler. My dad tried the whole bobber fishing thing no bobber down though. Hope every one is slaying right now. Good luck
Thanks
Shawn

Re: Willamette River
What area of the Willamette River do you drift? I spend a lot of time in Harrisburg and Eugene.

Re: Willamette River
Most of the time I float down from the Dexter dam to Pengra, or I'm bank fishing from the dam down to Jasper. I've been crazy busy with the kids baseball, so I'm just itching to get back out. Think I might make it out tomorrow. So I will let you know how I did. Good luck

Thanks for the report Bud. Good luck out there. Keep at the float/jig thinng. VERY effective and like Chad said....once you see the float go down.....you will be HOOKED for sure
