-Umpqua River Fall Chinook Fishing-

Postby hollywood on Wed Sep 14, 2011 1:42 am

We finally got to get out and do a little fishing recently! :-BD Two fishing trips resulted in some fish even. Here are some pics for the Umpqua River around Reedsport.

Just a little plug for Mike over at ORRT. He makes some killer salmon spinners for those that like that sort of thing. :D You can pick the blades, color beads and anything else you can think of and he will build it right there. The Chartreuse/Yellow dot has been very good to us.

Most of the fish have come on herring but the biggest one fell to the spinner. Unfortunately we have not been able to be on the water when the fishing is really good so we have had to work for these. Can't wait to do it again. \M/
