Has anyone fished the Umatilla River over in NE Oregon near Pendleton and/or Hermiston? I will be over there for the holidays and want to take my dad steelhead fishing and I have read that this time of year is the time for those rivers, I am just uncertain whether there is any good bank access that anyone knows about. Thanks.
