Whats a good spoon or lure to use for springers from the bank or do you pretty much have to have a boat?

Thank you

R&B has some great spinners/spoons...(Pig Springs love spoons!) #4 or #5 Vibrex in silver/blue in the sun to light cloudy day, high
water and or nasty days try gold blade w/orange bell. Remember to fish the heavy starts of pools where you would least expect them...
on a sunny hot day, that's where they hold.

thank you that is really helpfull. this is my first year fishin for springers. are they striking it because it irritates them or are they trying to eat it? is the the "heavy start" at the top where the fast water first enters the top of the pool

thanks for helping me out with my newbie questions
