Stay home and sleep in!!
You will have even a harder time catching a fish with the river rising as you will with it dropping. If it is low and clear and is just starting to rise you can fish right where the fish will be moving through because that is what the fish will be doing, moving not holding, and that is why its harder to catch them.

I did the right thing today... GOt up around 8 went to town and then went fishing at matson... 1-for-4 today losing 3 steelies landing a nate coho somewhere between 5-10lbs.... All three steelies jump and the hook came out...
The coho on a #4 blue fox and the steelies on a 2/5 oz lil cleo!
