I fished the Willamette below Dexter this morning. I got there at 5:30am and fished till noon. I talked to one guy that had hooked/lined one that got off, and saw another guy line two out of the tubes and that was it. I caught about a dozen trout and had a few missed take downs that I am assuming were trout also. It was very slow for this stretch of river. I usually see at least 10 fish hooked in a morning of fishing up there Not sure what is going on.
