today. It felt good to get that stuff out of the river. To pull up on a
bar and literally fill a trash bag, then row away from a pristine, clean
area
. Jon and I found the tire with the rim and the bicycle for our big stuff.
That bike was a bitch to get because we had to retrieve it from some fast
water. Other items found was a shot up cable box, hummingbird feeder, bird
houses, about 40 pieces of assorted footwear, several hats, tennis balls,
blankets, foam blocks, piping, hoses, tire with rim, half a rod with reel,
55 gallon drum, empty beer cans, full beer cans, empty water bottles, 1/2
full water bottles, 1/2 bottle of vodka, buckets, bags, pots etc etc etc.
Outstanding bbq at the end with fried and bbq'd halibut, lingcod, yelloweye
rockfish, coho, chinook, sockeye, and many salads, pastas, beans, chips, pie
etc. Great rewarding day with very little fishing
