Im headed up to diamond lake for the weekend to do some trout fishing. I am meeting some people up there that have already been fishing for a few days. They have been having pretty good success so far. Hopefully it continues for me and anyone else heading up there this weekend. From what I hear the weather conditions are very cold. So if your planning on going bring warmth. I will let everyone know how I do when I get back.

On sat. we didnt get into many fish till about noon. after that we were catching fish consistantly through out the day. We Ended up catching about 5 fish over 17 inches and 15 or more fish over 12 inches. Along with one fish over 21 inches. I will update how we did today a later. we are still currently fishing.

Looks like the action might pick up after it heats up a little in the afternoon. I know its been really cold up there. Take some pictures of the big fish and I can put them up in the reports section. I can't wait to get up there the 21st of this month! Good luck!
