I've been fishing the lower Rogue most of my adult life and what I'm seeing tells me this is as good as it gets. Don't mean to be a "downer" on the subject but what it is, is just what it is. The fish are not their in numbers like we have been used to.
We will get our 3000 to 5000 fish count by season end at best. We are paying for our sins of the past. Over harvest, snagging, poor land, water and fish management, greed, but most of all the sins of big blue. Factory ships can wipe out a season in one night and anyone who thinks this is not going on is just looking the other way.
Will there be a late run of fish Archer? Better think about the fall run.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>H
