Mike over at Oregon Rod Reel and Tackle has a very cool spinner setup were he can build up custom spinners for you right at the shop. He made us some salmon spinners for the Umpqua River Springers and they produced first time out.
Not only can he make a salmon spinner for you but you can also have him build up casting spinners for steelhead and coho. The possibilities are endless as you can choose the blade and body color/size and every other component as well as bead color/size and hooks. If you want to have something made just for your fishery he can do it and you will have a lure that probably nobody else on the river is fishing! Check it out next time you are in Eugene.
