I am in the process of having it show up through paypal if you have an account, if not just ask and will let you know if it has shipped. I am getting to yours but have a few orders up first. The turn around is about two weeks but it should be less here in a few days! I am speeding up operations.

They went out Monday so you should have them today. I know some things have been delays from USPS during this time of year. Let me know when they come in.

Fish them under a float about one to two feet off the bottom, the video above shows a good example on how to rig up. Water that is moving about walking speed with a slight chop in the surface is perfect for float fishing.

Awesome! Thanks a lot! Ive had so much going on in the past 2 weeks i just couldnt remember how long ago i had ordered them. I've been sinking a ton of money into the truck i just purchased. 96 Dodge Ram 4x4 ext cab, it sat for 2 years so pretty much every seal and gasket dried out and cracked. I only have a small handful of things left to do on it, but i'm hoping to be able to get out fishing Thursday, havent been out since early November and city life has me down, i need the great outdoors to cheer me up!

Edit: Hey i just had a quick question about fishing with the jigs. A friend of mine told me to put some tuna balls on the hook (canned tuna in it's own oils, then use the oils in the container you keep the balls in to keep extra scent). Would that be a good idea? I'm still learning how to fish with jigs when it's not through 3 feet of ice.

Never heard of the tuna balls for jigs but it might work. You can also use small pieces of shrimp, night crawlers, anything small to add a little bit of scent. Jigs will catch fish with and without tipping them. Its all in what you have confidence in. :-BD

Essentially it's a spawn sack tied with canned tuna (the kind in oil that nobody eats). Mostly for scent, but also to maybe goad that fish into fully committing once it gets a taste. My buddy uses nylon stockings and cuts them up rather than buying the spawn sack material from the store.

Anyway my current set up and the best i have is: Rod: Kunnan KIM7-862MSTC, 8' 6" Medium action with 8-17lb test rating, Reel: Daiwa Megaforce 100TSHL with 8lb Pline. Will this be ok for float fishing jigs? I dont have anything longer right now and my truck is blowing my budget until i get the last of the issues from sitting so long fixed.

That will work just fine, especially on smaller rivers. You might want to get some braid if you are going to be float fishing most of the time with it. The mono can be hard to float fish with when it comes to mending the line. It will work though.

Tuna balls have been around for some time. I believe if memory serves me it was started in Washington. Those boys up their are very creative.

The luxury of using jigs is you can add just about anything to them. My feeling is to stay small in size. To big and you loose the effectiveness of the jig. Good fishing to you...................H ;)

Yeah, I was kind of joking about this subject on another site. I was saying how many times when I am on the river I see guys fishing and ask what they are using, they tell me a red jig. I look over and the guy proceeds to put a whole salad shrimp or other very large piece of bait on his jig. He later says I have caught a lot of fish this year on this red jig. I say you should save yourself some money and don't use jigs, the fish is eating your huge peice of bait not the jig! =)) =)) I said you could just use a hook and thread the shrimp up the hook. He did not think it was so funny. 8-| Anyway, it looked like a shrimp and jig cocktail with the jig on top going through the water staring strait to the sky. :D :D I see that happen almost daily. If you want to get the most out of your jigs stay very small with what you add to the hook or use nothing at all. \M/
