-Clear Salmon Floats-

Postby hollywood on Mon May 04, 2009 11:21 am

Just got some of these clear salmon floats in from a company up in Canada! They are 35 g which is the same as 1.25 oz and work great for salmon float fishing. We only have four left after putting these up four days ago! You can check them out below.

Just to let everyone know.... Rob(Cleardrift) just received the floats in 20gr and 25gr and is having his pro staff test em!!!!

His floats that I received earlier this year were money for fall salmon.... Just didnt float fish much. Hopefully he starts working on some 7 to 10 grams floats... Then I would pick some up!!!

I have plenty of the 35g floats available Hambone, no rush on that. Just let me know when you want to order up some stuff and we can discuss what you are looking for and what patterns you want. Talk to you later.

What brand of floats are these? Who is making them or selling them wholesale? Are these Drennans?

And lastly are they slip floats? They look like they are.

They are slip. Cleardrift brand, not drennan at all. And Cleardrift is the guy who is selling them.

Yep, got them! The smaller ones are almost small enough for fishing roe and winter steelhead. You need to get the 8g and 11g size. I know thats most of what people use in Canada!! They look good though.
